Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for calls, scheduled appointments, and sales
- Manage incoming phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, accessories, financing options, and promotions
- Call all unsold prospects
- Answer all overflow fast ring calls
- Schedule appointments and monitoring customer satisfaction
- Work with Internet Manager to follow up with leads
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive and respectful attitude
- Exercise exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication skills and protect the dealership’s interest when communicating with customers.
Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent and professional communication skills are a must
- Proactive self-starter
- Confident, positive, and high energy presence
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8a-5p
- Positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- Must be reliable
- Complete background check and drug screen
- Must have Valid State Driver's License and Social Security Card
