We take pride in executing quality work and we are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector to support field quality inspections and ensure all work meets project specifications and code requirements.

The QA/QC Inspector is responsible for performing field inspections, verifying installations, and documenting compliance with project standards. This role works closely with field teams and QA/QC leadership to ensure quality is built into every phase of construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily field inspections of electrical installations (conduit, cable tray, terminations, equipment, etc.)
- Verify work complies with drawings, specifications, NEC code, and project standards
- Identify and document deficiencies and non-conforming work
- Support punch list creation, tracking, and closeout
- Complete and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and QA/QC documentation
- Coordinate with Foremen and Superintendents to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist with pre-functional inspections and testing readiness
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and installation standards are followed
- Participate in quality walks and site audits
- Support final turnover documentation and project closeout
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical construction or QA/QC inspection
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and NEC requirements
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and ability to work with field teams
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in data center or mission-critical projects
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes, inspection checklists, and reporting tools
- Exposure to commissioning or turnover processes
