The Safety Coordinator supports and enforces company and client safety requirements on data center construction sites. This role is hands-on and field-focused, working closely with supervisors, foremen, and crews to maintain a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits on active data center job sites
- Enforce OSHA standards, client safety requirements, and company policies
- Assist with site-specific safety plans, JSAs/JHAs, and pre-task planning
- Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and jobsite safety meetings
- Track and document incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
- Assist with accident investigations and root cause analysis
- Maintain OSHA logs, training records, and safety documentation
- Work collaboratively with project management and field leadership
- 2 years of construction safety experience (electrical or data center preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- OSHA 30 required (or ability to obtain quickly)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Comfortable working in active data center construction environments
- Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends as required
- Per diem available for qualifying travel assignments in accordance with company policy
