This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Professional at Vanguard Maintenance and Electrical, Inc., based in White Plains, NY. The Payroll Professional will oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, maintain payroll records and reporting, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities include verifying timesheets, managing employee data, processing payroll transactions, addressing payroll discrepancies, and assisting with tax filings related to payroll.
