Job Overview: As a Packaging Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant packaging of our cannabis products, including pre-rolls, vape cartridges, and concentrates. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will play a vital role in delivering exceptional products to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging Operations: Perform all packaging tasks, including labeling, sealing, and assembling products according to company procedures and regulatory guidelines.Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and comply with all applicable regulations.Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing packaging materials to maintain optimal supply levels.Compliance: Stay up to date with state and local cannabis packaging regulations and ensure strict compliance.Team Collaboration: Work closely with production team members to maintain an efficient and organized workflow.Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a related field preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Willingness to adhere to strict compliance and regulatory requirements.Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping.
