RFP Proposal Specialist Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RFP, RFI, and proposal response efforts in a deadline-intensive environment
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and synthesize content
- Develop compliant, competitive, and polished proposal and presentation materials
- Translate complex business and product information into clear, customer-ready messaging
- Identify opportunities to improve proposal efficiency, quality, and overall win strategy
- 3 years of experience supporting proposal, RFP, or RFI development
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency with collaboration and content tools (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, Excel, Adobe)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
