Research Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of perception-focused research studies, following established protocols and methodologies.
- Support data collection activities and ensure accuracy and consistency in research documentation.
- Collaborate with researchers and team members to prepare for and conduct participant-facing sessions.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with participants and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple study components simultaneously.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by being proactive, engaged, and accountable.
- Attend strategy meetings and support operational logistics within established project guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline such as psychology, behavioral science, or a related field is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and stay organized across concurrent tasks.
- Comfortable interacting with human subjects in a research setting; prior experience is a plus.
- Energetic and self-motivated, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with basic research tools or data collection software is preferred.
