Paralegal (Litigation) Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive litigation support, including case coordination, document review, and matter tracking.
- Manage discovery processes by collecting, organizing, and producing materials for subpoenas and discovery requests.
- Prepare and maintain exhibits, filings, and supporting documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform cite-checking and ensure compliance with Bluebook standards.
- Support a small in-house legal team by flexing across tasks and priorities as needed.
- Proven experience supporting litigation matters, claims, or regulatory functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external counsel.
