Role Description
This is a project-based contract Paralegal role based in the US. This will be commission based. The Paralegal will handle tasks such as preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing and reviewing case documents, and providing support for legal proceedings. This role also includes assisting with notary services as needed, while maintaining clear communication with clients and legal professionals. We are looking for diverse back grounds who can serve as SME in their particular specialty.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
- Strong skills in Research and Document Review
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with notary services is a plus
- Paralegal certification or associate degree in legal studies is preferred/In lieu of educations, work experience will be considered.
