Loan Processor

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to support the efficient handling of commercial real estate loan servicing. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, accurate under deadlines, and skilled in both transactional processing and reconciliation. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities will ensure success in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Loan Processor Responsibiliti

• esEnter and verify commercial loan, borrower, property, and escrow data in required system
• s.Process and balance loan servicing transactions including payments, payoffs, adjustments, and related activitie
• s.Reconcile cash activity across bank accounts, identify and resolve discrepancies, and prepare management report
• s.Support escrow and servicing functions such as tax contracts, property tax payments, and insurance renewal
• s.Prepare journal entries, deposits, and requisitions; assist with administrative tasks and special project

• onsAssociate’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field is preferr
• ed.Two or more years of relevant experience in loan servicing, accounting, or reconciliati
