Brand Marketing Manager:
Our client is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to help shape and execute global brand initiatives that connect consumer insights, product priorities, and cultural trends into compelling marketing strategies. This individual will play a key role in bringing seasonal brand stories to life, partnering across multiple teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and experiences. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, highly organized marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can effectively balance strategic thinking with flawless execution.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Brand Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of global and seasonal brand marketing strategies aligned with business and consumer priorities.
- Translate consumer, marketplace, and cultural insights into actionable marketing opportunities and brand initiatives.
- Create and refine strategic briefs that guide integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, digital, retail, operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Help develop and deliver compelling seasonal storytelling that aligns product, consumer, and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with regional and international teams to adapt global marketing direction for local market relevance.
- Manage project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
- Support planning processes and operational activities that drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.
Brand Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a related marketing discipline.
- Proven experience working for a global consumer brand, sports brand, or similarly complex organization.
- Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans and execution.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional and matrixed teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment.
- Proficiency with Keynote, Airtable, Microsoft Office, and other business productivity tools.
- Experience developing marketing briefs and partnering with creative teams throughout campaign development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working within a global brand organization and supporting digital and retail marketing initiatives is preferred.
- Passion for sport, culture, consumer trends, and evolving marketplace dynamics is highly valued.
