Description: On-site Maintenance Technician needed for ( in . We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can display good and strong human relation skills, and has the ability to work well with others. An individual who has a basic knowledge and experience in all areas of residential construction, carpentry and maintenance is desired. A thorough knowledge and the ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs to electrical and lighting systems, HVAC systems and plumbing systems is needed. We are interested in someone who has the ability to display professional behavior and dress attire, one who can demonstrate excellent safety habits and who possess a strong work ethic. It is a requirement to be available for night/weekend on-call duties, have the ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift 80-100 lbs. consistently, and have the ability to walk, talk and have use of both hands.

Brief Description of Responsibilities:
· Responsible for timely, courteous and accurate completion of repairs and preventative maintenance at the assigned property.
· Complete resident requested service orders on a timely basis (24-hours, unless stated otherwise.)
· Assist the Maintenance Supervisor, as needed, in emergency situations.
· Order appropriate maintenance supplies needed for jobs after approval from the Maintenance Supervisor.
· Must comply with all OSHA regulations, and any applicable laws regarding health, safety and environment.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
