Job Overview
Pure Maintenance of Indy is expanding and we are looking for a foundational team
member to grow with us! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician to be a
market leader. The Lead Technician will lead inspections, execute whole-home treatments, and represent the brand in the field while we grow.
We eliminate mold and biological contamination using non-invasive, patented technology.
No demolition.
No tear-outs.
No reconstruction.
No emergency calls or after hours work — you will have a set schedule.
Responsibilities
● Own projects from inspection to completion.
● Perform home and building assessments.
● Educate homeowners calmly and confidently.
● Execute whole-building Pure Maintenance treatments.
● Operate proprietary fogging systems, compressors, generators, and hand tools.
● Follow all safety and reentry protocols.
● Communicate clearly what the treatment does and what it doesn’t do.
● Deliver a professional, reassuring experience to homeowners.
● Maintain inspection and job notes, reports, and outcomes.
● Maintain truck, tools, and equipment.
● Help refine systems as we scale.
● Work collaboratively with the team on follow-up and customer communication.
Qualifications
● Disaster restoration experience a plus.
● Veterans with strong field leadership a plus.
● Home construction knowledge a plus.
● Team leadership.
● Exceptional customer communication.
● High attention to detail.
● Experience owning jobs from start to finish.
● Comfortable educating, and closing work in the home.
● Self-starter.
● High-trust individual (integrity, initiative, and intelligence).
● Accountable and detail oriented.
● Comfortable representing the company with referral partners and homeowners.
Certifications & Requirements
● Ability to register with TDLR.
● Pass background check.
● Valid Driver’s License.
● Willingness to maintain certifications.

Pay: $36,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for commissions on closed jobs.
