The Opportunity
The company is hiring a Development Manager to support the execution of distributed generation projects across multiple markets. This role sits at the center of project development, working cross-functionally to move projects from early-stage through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate development activities including interconnection, real estate, permitting, and environmental matters
- Manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
- Negotiate and execute complex transactions related to renewable energy projects
- Provide guidance on development strategy, risk, and deal structuring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, law, or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience; distributed energy experience a plus
- Strong negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
