Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior MEP Mechanical Engineer with 1–5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the design and development of mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, and residential projects. This role involves coordination with multidisciplinary teams and the use of AutoCAD and Revit for system modeling and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and layout of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for MEP projects.
- Develop and update engineering drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Perform basic mechanical load calculations and system sizing under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, structural engineers, and contractors.
- Support the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
- Review submittals, RFIs, and assist with field coordination tasks.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and project requirements.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
- 1–5 years of experience in MEP or mechanical building systems design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (required).
- Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals and building mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
