What They’re Looking For
- Experience in Investment Banking (IBD) or with an Independent Power Producer (IPP) in the renewable energy sector
- Exposure to energy infrastructure or large-scale utility projects
- Strong financial modeling and due diligence skills
- Proven negotiation experience, including term sheets, PSAs, tax equity structures, PPAs, and site leases
- Deep understanding of solar regulations at the federal, state, and local levels
- Ability to collaborate across technical, legal, and financial teams to execute transactions efficiently
