Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintaining optimal stock levels, auditing inventory, and managing special-order parts.
- Operations & Profitability: Developing wholesale accounts, setting department goals, and ensuring compliance with Ford manufacturer guidelines.
- Technical Support: Assisting service technicians and advisors with parts identification to ensure timely vehicle repairs.
- Leadership: Training, scheduling, and supervising parts department personnel.
- Supplier/Customer Liaison: Dealing with Ford OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) on parts availability and pricing, and resolving customer issues.
Must be familiar with CDK for inventory management and must stay current with Ford's frequently updated part numbers and compliance programs.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in a dealership service department, often requiring 5 years, with a strong preference for Ford or domestic vehicle knowledge.
- Knowledge: Expertise in automotive repair, service processes, warranty procedures, and fleet service operations.
