Valley Cabinet is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Manufacturing & ERP to serve as the critical bridge between Operations and IT. This role translates manufacturing and operational requirements into scalable ERP configurations, integrations, and reporting solutions that support production performance, data integrity, and long-term system stability.
This position is ideal for an experienced ERP-focused analyst who understands discrete manufacturing environments and thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and operations.
What You’ll Do- Lead or co-lead full ERP implementation lifecycles, including requirements, UAT, testing, and go-live readiness
- Translate manufacturing processes into structured system configurations and technical specifications
- Partner with Operations, plant leadership, IT development, and vendors to ensure ERP solutions align with shop floor realities
- Support data migration, integrations, reporting validation, and KPI accuracy
- Ensure system governance, documentation standards, and change control discipline
- Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing workflows through structured methodologies
- 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Proven experience in discrete manufacturing environments
- Hands-on leadership in at least one full ERP implementation
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory, costing, and shop floor processes
- SQL and reporting experience
- Ability to work independently, drive clarity, and challenge assumptions
- NetSuite or similar mid-market ERP platforms
- Configure-to-order or custom manufacturing
- Multi-plant operations
- Privately held manufacturing organizations
