Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director located in De Pere, WI. The Sales Director lead and unify sales efforts across all divisions and locations. This role is responsible for developing and executing company-wide sales strategy, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring consistent sales performance across diverse markets and product lines.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across all divisions and locations
- Establish revenue targets, KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline management processes
- Lead and develop sales managers and sales teams across multiple sites
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities
- Serve as executive contact for key accounts, negotiations, and escalations
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Division Leadership to align sales, capacity, and delivery
- Ensure consistent sales processes, pricing, tools, and reporting across the organization
- Use data and analytics to optimize pricing, product mix, and sales efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8–10 years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Proven success leading multi-location or multi-division sales teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Experience driving revenue growth and building scalable sales systems
- Industry experience in cabinetry, construction, manufacturing, or building materials preferred
- CRM and sales analytics experience preferred
