We are seeking an inspiring and mission-driven Clinical Coordinator for our Cardiovascular Technology program to lead and support students through their clinical education, ensuring placements align with academic, professional, and regulatory standards.

As a key member of our allied health team, this 12-month faculty position works with clinical partners, organizes student clinical schedules, monitors progress, and provides mentorship to prepare students for successful careers in invasive cardiovascular technology. This position has an annual instructional load of 12 contact hours during the fall and spring terms, and 3 contact hours during the summer term. Additional required contact hours each term are reassigned to fulfill the responsibilities outlined. The Clinical Coordinator’s role is subject to annual renewal, with specific duties and time commitments varying based on discipline, program size, accreditation needs, and institutional resources.

Required Qualifications:

The Clinical Coordinator a 12-month faculty position within select accredited health-related programs, responsible for coordinating students’ clinical education, ensuring clinical placements align with academic, professional, and regulatory requirements, and supporting program oversight in collaboration with the Program Director.


  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution in Cardiovascular Technology OR Cardiopulmonary Sciences OR a Bachelor's degree in Health sciences or related field by the official start date (Summer 2026).
  • Serves as an appointed faculty member or institutional equivalent.
  • Reports to the Program Director and coordinates the assigned concentration when the Program Director does not hold the credential specific to that concentration.
  • Must hold a current hold a current appropriate license or credential for RCIS Invasive Cardiovascular Technology – credential active and maintained in accordance with applicable national or state regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrates experience in both clinical practice and academic instruction.
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiovascular health care.
  • Demonstrated education and/or experience in instructional methodology, including curriculum development, management, and teaching.
  • This position may require face-to-face, online, and mixed-mode teaching modalities. Note: Mixed-Mode is a hybrid modality that includes face-to-face and asynchronous online instruction weekly.

Salary Information:

The salary ranges for each degree level are outlined below. An individual’s placement within these ranges is determined by two factors: the total number of years of relevant work experience and the highest degree earned.


Bachelors: $68,039 - $85,372 per year

Masters: $73,288 - $90,621 per year

Masters 30: $78,537 - $95,870 per year

Doctorate: $83,786, $101,119 per year
