Automotive Repair Store Manager

Role Overview: This position is for an Automotive Repair Store Manager leading a new location, with responsibilities centered on providing exceptional customer service, managing staff, and overseeing daily operations. The manager will be the face of the store, working directly with customers and leading a team to ensure high standards in tire and automotive services.

Key Duties Include

• Ensuring outstanding guest service and handling escalated complaints
• Leading, coaching, and evaluating employees; maintaining compliance with policies
• Analyzing business trends to maximize sales and meet profit targets
• Managing inventory, sales documentation, and customer interactions
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Valid driver’s license and at least five years of sales management experience in the automotive industry or similar
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
• Proven ability to meet sales and profit goals; previous automotive technician experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays
