About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient IT Systems & Infrastructure Support Specialist to support and maintain our organization’s software ecosystem and hardware infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring operational continuity across business systems, production environments, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support core business applications including Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft 365
- Manage and troubleshoot EDI and ASN processes, ensuring accuracy and timely data exchange with partners
- Maintain and support label printing systems and production equipment software
- Provide day-to-day technical support for end users across all departments
- Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networking (Ethernet/WiFi), and data backups
- Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, docking stations, and mobile devices
- Manage and support printers, copiers, and related supplies, including coordination with external service providers for maintenance
- Maintain and monitor network switches, cameras, and telecommunications systems (cell and internet phones)
- Ensure system security, performance, and uptime through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
- Document processes and maintain accurate IT asset inventory
- Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft 365 environment
- Working knowledge of EDI/ASN workflows in a business or manufacturing setting preferred
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, switches, WiFi)
- Experience managing hardware lifecycle and vendor relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot across software, hardware, and network layers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Familiarity with label printing systems and production-related software
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery practices
