• Prepared cost estimates across all project phases, from conceptual budgets to detailed take-offs and pricing.
• Performed quantity take-offs and analyzed labor, material, and time requirements.
• Solicited, evaluated, and leveled subcontractor bids to ensure best value and scope alignment.
• Managed multiple projects simultaneously, including ground-up and renovation work up to $3.9M.
• Conducted site visits and assessed project progress and cost changes.
• Maintained estimating templates, cost databases, and internal documentation.
• Utilized Excel, ThreadKore, and Bluebeam for estimating and data analysis.
• Reviewed plans, specifications, and proposals to produce accurate estimates and reports.
