Production Supervisor (On-site)

Position: Production Supervisor

Schedule: On-site | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the plant floor. This role is responsible for driving productivity, ensuring safety and quality standards, and leading a team to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and efficiency targets
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to improve performance and engagement
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor product quality and collaborate with quality teams to resolve issues
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Track production metrics and prepare reports for leadership
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams to support operations

Qualifications:

• 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with production systems and Microsoft Office
