What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tier 1 IT Support Technician position at TRACE IT SYSTEMS?
IT Support Technician
Onsite – Addison, IL – Office & Production Facility
Position Summary
We are seeking an onsite IT Support Technician to provide front-line technical support at our Addison, IL facility. This role supports both office staff and plant personnel and serves as the first point of contact for computer, network, and equipment issues.
