We are seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist to join a collaborative, high-performing team supporting employment-based immigration processes in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of immigration laws and high-volume case management experience beyond family or asylum-only cases.
Responsibilities include managing 200 active immigration cases, preparing and filing employment-based petitions (H-1B, PERM, I-140, I-485, L-1, etc.), ensuring compliance with USCIS regulations, coordinating with internal departments and legal counsel, and serving as a key resource for immigration-related guidance.
Qualifications:

• 3 years of immigration processing experience
• Strong understanding of employment-based immigration processes and laws
• Experience handling high-volume caseloads
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Paralegal background or embassy/consular experience is a plus
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's or Paralegal certification preferred
