Senior Accountant
Our client is looking for a Senior Accountant who will play a key role in the monthly close process, financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key accounting functions while helping drive operational efficiencies across the finance team.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze financial results and investigate account variances
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities
• Participate in accounting system upgrades, implementations, and integration projects
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure data integrity between systems
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP system experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
