Overview:
We are seeking IT Support professionals to support a fast-paced IT conversion project on the NE side of Indianapolis. This role will focus on hands-on end-user support, device/setup activities, and assisting with technology transitions during a structured rollout.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support during a large-scale conversion project
- Assist with workstation setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Support end users through hardware/software transitions
- Execute tasks quickly and accurately in a project-driven environment
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of IT Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-moving project schedule
- Prior experience supporting deployments, rollouts, or conversions is a plus
