Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000

We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role will oversee full-cycle accounting, manage month-end close, and drive improvements in processes and procedures to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies
- Establish and improve financial processes and internal controls
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial planning
- Lead and mentor accounting team members
- Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
