Vaco Phoenix is hiring a Staff Accountant II for a hybrid role in Tempe. This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-$80,000 annually and the opportunity to work with a growing, collaborative team.
What you'll be doing:
Own full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end close
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Partner cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and accuracy
Required:
3 years of accounting experience, specifically full-cycle accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
