Responsibilities of AP Specialist:
- The AP Specialist will process high volume of invoices per week
- Processing ACH and wire transfers
- Full cycle AP
- The AP Specialist will be responsible for handle purchase orders
- Assisting with month end close process, bank reconciliations
- Resolving discrepancies
- Reconciling vendor accounts
- Familiarity with Excel-Pivots/Vlookups
- ERP software
- A few years of AP experience
Salary : $30 - $35
