Senior Project Engineer (Civil Engineer)

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in our Charlotte, NC office, where you will contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world. 

You'll change the shape of your community by supporting growth through sustainable urban development, creating impact that lasts. And, as part of our Land Development team, you will collaborate with 450 designers, engineers, and scientists to make meaningful, effective change across North America.

Here's what you'll do:

• Assist project teams in obtaining civil and environmental permits.
• Collaborate with Project Managers for client communication and coordination.
• Lead design calculations and plan development.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on proposal preparations and qualifications for clients.
• Supervise core project staff and mentor junior engineers.
• Design land development projects (commercial, industrial, residential).
• Work on due diligence, design, and permitting processes for site development projects.
• Provide construction observation and office support.

We're looking for:

• Degreed Civil Engineer.
• 7 years of experience in Land Development.
• Proficient AutoCAD Civil 3D experience 
• PE Licensing required.
