Your Role:
- Project Management: Lead and execute CAD tasks for ALTA/NSPS, Boundary, and Topographic Surveys with finesse.
- Coordination: Craft construction layout maps and calculations that guide our field staff to success.
- Modeling Mastery: Handle CAD-generated surface models and sculpt accurate contours, cross sections, and profile drawings.
- Research & Setup: Dive into project research and lay the groundwork for success.
- Field Work: Step into the field when necessary, showcasing versatility and hands-on expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or surveying and geomatics, or at least 3 years of practical experience.
- An Illinois Licensed Land Surveyor ready to map out success.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with the skill to read and interpret complex civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Stellar communication skills to manage client requests and guide field staff with clear instructions.
- Experience with Trimble equipment and Microsoft Office Suite is a significant plus.
