Role Description
This is a part time (30hrs/wk) to full time hybrid role for a Real Estate Assistant, to a real estate broker/appraiser located in Marlton, NJ. The Real Estate Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing client communications, assisting with real estate transactions, preparation of contracts and maintaining organized records. Additional day-to-day tasks will include preparing mass mailings, assisting with appraisal scheduling.
This Entry Level role is a good fit for someone that wants to learn all aspects of working with Distressed Real Estate and Real Estate Appraisal with an opportunity to earn experience hours for becoming a Real Estate Appraiser.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills
- Some knowledge in Real Estate
- Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate are a plus

Compensation hourly plus bonuses
Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
