As a Showing Specialist, you will lead prospective buyers through property tours, help them clarify their preferences, and confidently assist them as they move toward making offers. Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
- Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
- Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
- Take part in team activities according to team standards
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Qualifications

- Skilled at understanding clients' preferences and matching them with suitable properties

- Driven and demonstrated track record of success
- High school diploma

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a valid real estate license. We cannot proceed with hiring otherwise. If you're not yet licensed, we do offer discount codes for pre-licensing courses—but it's your responsibility to complete the licensing process in order to qualify for this position.
