Real Estate Agent/Showing Assistant

Summary

Giving Group Realty is looking for a Real Estate Agent to work with buyers and sellers throughout Clark County and Southwest Washington. You might be helping someone buy their first home, working with a seller preparing for a move, or helping a client relocate to the area. Whatever the situation, you’ll have a team and systems to lean on instead of having to figure everything out on your own.

We believe good agents need more than a commission structure. Our team provides training, coaching, marketing, technology, and administrative support so agents can spend more time with clients and less time trying to manage every part of the business themselves.

What You’ll Do:

Help buyers understand and navigate the home-buying process from start to finish

Work with sellers on preparing their home, pricing, marketing, and negotiating offers

Build relationships with clients and stay connected after the transaction

Follow up with leads and develop new business through relationships, networking, and community involvement

Stay informed about the local market and help clients make informed decisions

Work alongside other agents and team members to support clients and keep transactions moving

What We’re Looking For:

An active Washington real estate license

Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow established systems

Someone who is dependable, organized, and willing to put in the work

A team-oriented attitude and interest in being involved in the community

Giving Group Realty is based in Battle Ground and serves clients throughout Clark County and Southwest Washington. We’re part of Keller Williams Premier Partners and partnered with PLACE, giving our agents access to systems, technology, training, and support while still allowing them to build relationships and their own business.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
