What You'll Do
- Show apartments and close rental deals fast
- Respond quickly to leads and schedule showings ASAP

- Follow up with prospects aggressively
- Help with lease applications and paperwork to get deals done
- Coordinate with landlords and tenants to close quickly
- Use our CRM and systems to manage high volume
What We're Looking For
- HUNGRY and motivated by money
- Fast mover who responds quickly to opportunities
- Good communicator (bilingual is a huge plus in NYC!)
- Not afraid of rejection - you'll make lots of calls
- Tech-savvy - comfortable with apps, CRM, social media
- Available evenings and weekends (that's when rentals happen!)
- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - we'll teach you everything
