Job Responsibilities:
- Site Assistant supports daily office operations, customer service, and financial reporting in a fast-paced airport environment. This role coordinates work orders, manages records, assists with HR/payroll, and ensures compliance with company policies. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential. Must be eligible for airport security clearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
- Track, analyze, and report on spending and billing as directed by the Site Manager.
- Assist with employee onboarding & orientation: support new hire paperwork, training coordination, and badging requirements.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Relationship-building skills and the ability to partner effectively with all departments
- Open to coaching, direction, and implementing new ideas
