- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other leading agile certification is required.
- Bachelors degree required.
- 7 years experience performing in multiple agile roles in software development.
- 2 years of experience at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies preferred.
- In person for the week of PI Planning.
- In person for important meetings and facilitations.
- Utility Experience.
- Jira and Confluence Experience.
- Working with Web and Mobile Development teams (Ionic, Angular).
- Self-organizing, self-managing team(s)
