This front‑office role is essential to creating a welcoming experience for our patients while supporting the daily operations of a high‑volume clinical environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a team‑based setting, can manage multiple tasks at once, and remains calm and professional under pressure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and check in patients in a courteous, compassionate, and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately and efficiently Verify insurance information, collect copays, and update patient demographics Manage high patient volume while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Communicate effectively with clinical staff, providers, and patients Support patient flow and assist with administrative tasks as needed Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort working with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and solution‑focused during busy or stressful situations What We’re Looking For A team player with a positive attitude Someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and stays flexible A dependable and punctual individual who takes pride in their work A strong customer‑service mindset with a patient‑centered approach Why Join Us?
