About the Role
Utica Coffee Roasting is seeking an organized, detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to support our growing online business. This position is responsible for maintaining our online storefronts, processing product updates, monitoring inventory, coordinating online promotions, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Primary Responsibilities
- · Maintain and update products, pricing, descriptions, collections, and inventory on our Shopify website.
- · Assist with maintaining product listings and inventory across online sales channels, including Amazon.
- · Coordinate website updates for new products, seasonal offerings, promotions, and discontinued items.
- · Monitor online orders, subscriptions, and fulfillment to ensure timely processing and accurate shipments.
- · Work closely with production and warehouse staff to maintain accurate inventory availability.
- · Assist with product launches, seasonal promotions, and online merchandising.
- · Respond to customer service inquiries related to online orders, subscriptions, shipping, and website issues.
- · Monitor website functionality and report technical issues as they arise.
- · Review sales reports and website performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- · Assist with maintaining product photography, descriptions, specifications, and other website content.
- · Support ongoing improvements to the customer shopping experience.
- · Maintain accurate inventory synchronization with QuickBooks and Shopify.
Qualifications
- · Experience working with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
- · Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- · Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- · Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- · Ability to learn new software and online business tools quickly.
- · Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment.
- · Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
Preferred Experience
- · Previous experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or online merchandising.
- · Experience with Shopify.
- · Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
- · Experience working with QuickBooks inventory.
- · Basic understanding of website analytics and reporting.
