Job Description:

Grinding, packing, and dating our product to meet demands in a positive, growing environment. This is a fast-paced job, but you are part of a team trying to accomplish the same goals, so communication and teamwork are key.

Obtaining proficiency in the following areas:

• Non-Flavor & Flavor Pack Out
• Different varieties of Grinding
• Flavoring
• JIT Order Fulfillment
• Frac Machine
• Cold Brew
• Coffee Roaster

Duties:

• Machine Operator - Food Service packaging machine
• Packing out coffee - Filling, sealing, counting, flavoring, grinding and labeling.
• Assemble, pack, label and stage boxes for delivery to the warehouse.
• Cleaning (i.e. sweeping/mopping, dusting, counters, bathroom, trash, general organization. etc)
• Assist in innovating our craft and products with the production team.
• Maintain, upkeep, and troubleshoot equipment, report issues when necessary.
• Possess mechanical aptitude for food grade manufacturing.
• Always leave your station and the warehouse neat and organized: sweeping, organizing, and cleaning the floor after each production run
• Support your team members as needed in keeping production running smoothly
• Successfully completing all requirements and testing as needed to perform the job
• Training to become CPTM2 is provided as OTJ training while operating as CPTM1

Skills:

• The ability to stand and walk (at least 8 hours per day and 5 days per week)
• The ability to lift, push/pull, carry and/or move up to 30 pounds
• The ability to climb ladders, stairs, ramps and uneven floor and/or surfaces as needed
• The ability to have close visual acuity to perform repetitive visual checking, counting, spotting small defects, determine accuracy of numbers and package
• A passion for coffee
• You are able to speak and read English
• Basic math and writing skills
• Preferably 1 year(s) in a fast-paced production environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
