Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all production operations and departments to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution of manufacturing activities.

  • Execute and oversee ERP-generated work orders and reporting, ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and effective production control.
  • Collaborate closely with production staff, crew leadership, Engineering, and Supply Chain to identify and resolve material shortages, fabricated part issues, design changes, or production constraints throughout the build process.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by evaluating equipment, facilities, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Monitor work-in-process and review production documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and appropriate approvals.
  • Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and continuous improvement efforts to optimize manufacturing and product development outcomes.
  • Manage, coach, and develop production staff by assigning work, communicating expectations, providing training, and evaluating performance to maximize workforce effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership and Human Resources to support hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning to optimize productivity and minimize overtime.
  • Oversee material availability and equipment readiness by coordinating material ordering, monitoring inventory needs, and ensuring machinery and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Prepare and present production metrics, workload status, and operational updates to management, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and secure manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary, customer, and product information and exercise sound judgment in all company matters.
  • Travel as required to customer sites or industry events and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading operations within a process-driven manufacturing environment.
