Position Details:
- Role: Web Applications / SharePoint Support
- Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week)
- Client: State of Ohio – City of Columbus Department of Technology
- Duration: 3 Month Contract with Possible extension
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical study
- 6 years of experience in technical support and application development
- Strong experience supporting Web Applications and SharePoint environments
- Troubleshooting and debugging expertise
- Experience with configuration management, design, testing, and deployment tools
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with end users
- Production support and SDLC experience
