Key Requirements & Skills
- 6 years of experience in IT technical support and project delivery.
- 4 years college degree or equivalent technical study.
- Strong hands-on support for Web and SharePoint applications.
- Proficiency with debugging tools, design tools, and configuration management.
- Ability to perform code enhancements, development updates, and production problem-fixes.
- Requirements Elicitation: Interacting directly with users to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- System Documentation: Creating clear, high-quality technical and functional documentation.
- Independent Problem Solving: Ability to research and isolate problems before escalating to architects.
- Issue Tracking & Risk Management: Tracking, identifying, and mitigating risks within your own workstream.
