About the Role
- We are looking for an Associate Textile Technologist to support our design and product teams in executing textile prints, patterns, and graphics. This role is ideal for someone with a background in apparel or textile design who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will partner with designers, stylists, and global vendors to ensure all graphics and textile developments are production-ready and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage textile prints, patterns, and graphic developments
- Create and maintain spec packs and track progress using PLM systems
- Work closely with designers and stylists to understand design intent
- Review and support approvals for strike-offs, samples, and graphics
- Communicate with overseas factories and vendors to ensure accurate execution
- Track timelines and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met
- Maintain fabric libraries and development records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion, Graphic Design, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in apparel, textile, or graphic product development
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working with textile prints, patterns, and graphics
- Knowledge of garment production, fabric development, and printing processes
- Experience working with overseas vendors or factories
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with PLM/Centric systems
- Background in product development or sourcing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Opportunity to work on seasonal collections and collaborative projects
