HYBRID Schedule: Onsite (T, W, Th) and Remote (M, F)
Job Description:
- This role will focus specifically on a highly skilled Technical Specialist with deep expertise in HR systems, specifically Phenom CRM.
- This role will be responsible for the configuration, integration, customization, and ongoing support of the Phenom platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and enhances the candidate and recruiter experience.
- The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with HR domain knowledge and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Required and preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years related experience supporting HR systems required, preferably related to recruiting.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems, draw conclusions and recommend solutions.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office with advanced technical capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective presentation skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate as a team member.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy in data reports, and follow through.
