Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Marketing Manager I (SEO & AI Search) to support global hiring and career websites. This role sits within the Experience Technology team and focuses on driving SEO strategy, AI search innovation, and content optimization across multiple regions and languages.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic SEO Leadership
- Develop and execute global SEO strategies for hiring/career websites
- Lead AI-driven search optimization initiatives and experimentation frameworks
- Drive local SEO programs, including landing page optimization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build technical SEO roadmaps
- Implement metadata strategies to improve rankings & CTR
Technical SEO Management
- Oversee on-site technical SEO implementation
- Support site migrations, CMS transitions, and domain consolidations
- Ensure SEO best practices during large-scale platform updates
- Execute white-hat link-building strategies
Content & Analytics
- Lead SEO content strategy, including multilingual programs
- Build scalable keyword research frameworks
- Analyze performance using tools like Adobe Analytics & SEO platforms
- Design and execute A/B testing strategies
- Develop reporting dashboards and optimization insights
Top Required Skills
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform
- Strong hands-on with SEO tools:
- Search Console
- SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Adobe Analytics
- Experience in AI Search Optimization & Testing
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of HTML5, SQL, REGEX
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional/global teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 4–6 years of experience in:
- SEO (On-page & Technical)
- Content Optimization
- SEO Tools & Analytics
- AI Search (preferred 1–2 years)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment marketing or e-commerce sectors
- Background working with start-ups through enterprise organizations
- Recognition in industry awards or judging experience
- Freelance or consulting experience with diverse client portfolios
- Experience with brand SERP management and digital PR integration
