Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate is requested from September 2025-February 2026 to support critical upcoming Client's Subscriptions manual Sports campaigns (e.g., NFL games on three channels - Fox One, Peacock and Paramount ) using outbound marketing levers.
- Currently, although there is some level of automation (i.e., dynamic segments auto-created per campaign), several manual steps still exist before achieving complete hands-off-the-wheel (HOTW).
- This includes sourcing game-specific GTIs, GTI ingestion in tools (i.e., LENS, Herald, Sonar), QA across devices, and performance reporting.
- Without this temporary CW resource, the team will be forced to scale back or deprioritize key live sports campaigns during this critical period.

Typical Day:
- Set up in certain ways, use internal tools, a lot of tracking of calendars, part of weekly and monthly meeting, executing before the deadlines, knowing the project they work
- Highly profitable Org and high growth Rate Org
- Deal with party channels
- Work with HBO max
- 150 channels are live
Skills Required:
- Advanced Excel skills Yes 1 - 2 Years
- Analytical Insights Yes 1 - 2 Years
- Business Strategy Yes 1 - 2 Years
- Outbound Marketing Yes 2 - 4 Years
Experience:
- Should have medium to high level skills and basic Excel exposure
- At least 2 years of marketing experience
- MBA is good
Top Must Haves:
- 2years marketing experience (merchandising)
- Tool Exposure such as Symphony and SONATA, CRM tools, Salesforce, BRAZE
- Streaming industry experience / Sport merchandising experience (nice to have)
