Responsibilities:
- The Learning Designer II - Corporate Compliance Specialist provides LMS administration, technical support, and reporting oversight for corporate compliance training programs.
- This role ensures accurate deployment, tracking, and audit readiness while supporting broader GLLD technical needs. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer corporate compliance training programs in the LMS, ensuring timely delivery and accurate learner tracking.
- Partner with the Strategy, Planning, and Innovation team to research, diagnose, and resolve compliance-related LMS issues.
- Support compliance reporting for audits, regulatory reviews, and leadership reporting.
- Collaborate with course owners to support technical requirements and course publishing processes.
- Perform LMS troubleshooting and minor configuration adjustments to maintain system accuracy and performance.
- Provide additional LMS and technical support to GLLD programs as needed.
Experience/Qualification:
- Experience supporting learning management systems and compliance-focused training environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage operational workloads in fast-paced, regulatory-driven environments.
- Demonstrates judgment, attention to detail, and accountability aligned with audit and compliance requirements.
